n our 1/2 Blue classroom we love celebrating all of the things about us that are similar and also different. We love learning new things each day and trying our best. We enjoy growing together and tackling challenges as one big team. In 1/2 Blue we celebrate every success, whether that be academic, social or emotional. 

We are honest with one another and seek to be our best each day at school. We are developing our resilience and never giving up on any challenge we may encounter. 

We love asking lots of questions and being brave in sharing our ideas with one another. We share lots of laughs, smiles and brilliant dance moves.

We are a truly special team that comes together to produce magical moments that we will always remember!

Narrative Writing

One of the highlights from this term has been our unit on Narrative Writing. Each day the children are given a theme and have to produce a six sentence story that includes a title, character, location, talent, complication and a solution. 

Each student has worked really hard during this time and produced writing that highlights their creative thinking and ability to follow this specific text structure.
